1. Sending a Parcel
- Request a pickup via our website or mobile app.
- Parcels must be:
- Properly sealed and labeled
- Free from restricted items (see restricted products)
- Accurately described (content, weight, and destination)
2. During Pickup
- Our delivery personnel will verify the sender and collect the parcel.
- A tracking ID will be provided for parcel monitoring.
3. Receiving a Parcel
- The recipient must inspect the package before signing or accepting delivery.
- Delivery issues must be reported within 2 hours.
4. Delivery Issues
- Damaged or missing parcels must be reported via email or live chat support immediately.
5. Liability

- Items damaged due to poor packaging
- Prohibited items sent by the user
