1. General Terms
- SauriXpress acts as an intermediary between vendors, buyers, and delivery personnel.
- All purchases and deliveries must be processed through the official platform.
- Users must be 18 years or older to transact on the platform.
2. Liability
- SauriXpress is not liable for any damages caused during or after delivery, unless reported within the 2-hour return window.
- We are not responsible for items sent via external arrangements or outside our system.
3. Payment & Charges
- Payments are made online.
- SauriXpress charges a service fee included in the checkout or shipping cost.
4. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our rules or engaging in suspicious activities.
5. Force Majeure
- SauriXpress shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
6. Changes to Terms
- We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
